Hitbtc FRAUD / SCAM Warning: SCAM Doge in Hitbtc Withdrawal since 2020 I lost 1400 Doge, they disappeared, disappeared now in 2024. Negotiations are in progress, BUY AND SELL AND DOGE IS very low, half the price of 0.008 usdt, but WITHDRAWAL is disabled and they charge for inactivity.
So they put the currency ( cryptocurrency) far BELOW the MARKET value the person is attracted so she buys the currency and then will see she can't withdraw/withdraw/in my case Dogecoin 1400 Doge
I made the withdrawal of 1400 Doge I received a confirmation email ( WITHDRAW CONFIRMATION) 7 times on APRIL 20, 2021, there were 7 confirmations with hashes (protocol) of these transactions and that was never received at my destination
When contacting by e-mail they have several languages, including Portuguese and receive the news that the WITHDRAWAL of that currency, DOGE, is under maintenance and that will soon be solved. So you give up and stop using the platform for a while, they charge INACTIVITY FEES until you zero all your coins, block your access and with that you gain time. When trying to log in/enter your access is blocked they send an email to recover the account asking for a photo of documents, selfie with the document and security phrase, proofs of address, proof of tax payment all in high resolution, because even if they send right they say it's wrong and gain more time. I received emails in response committing to warn if Doge returned to normal since 2020 and I also did not receive any email warning that inactivity fees would be charged, something that in ANY other Exchage they inform that a fee will be charged and even gives a deadline for you to log in again and does not allow this fee to be charged. A real neglect with trader/client and a FRAUD where you don't realize you're falling into a SCAM
This Exchange should be fined and banned they attract customers with attractions (CRYPTOS FAR BELOW THE MARKET), do not allow the WITHDRAWAL and then charge fees for INACTIVITY thus configuring the THEFT of Cryptos
